All Brain Fuel recipes are naturally gluten-free without any ingredient replacement, except for the Cinnamon Rollers and Flip-Its. Those two recipes can be gluten-free if you use gluten-free tortillas.
The other fact to note is that oatmeal is naturally gluten-free, but not all oatmeals are processed in a gluten-free processing plant. Currently I purchase Bob’s Red Mill Oatmeal, but I’m sure there are other brands that are gluten-free.
It is estimated that less than 1% of the population has celiac disease where gluten must be eliminated from the diet completely. Those with a gluten intolerance account for maybe 6%. If you suspect you fall within that 1-6%, these recipes will work for you. I am neither a celiac or gluten intolerant but the majority of my brain healthy foods turned out to be gluten-free so I thought it was worth pointing that out!
